Case Studies

TEMPLATE DESIGN

A client needed help creating PowerPoint versions of each of their brands’ printed brand books. They came out so well, they had us create templates to further reinforce branding.

TRAINING

A global hotel chain needed to train their European division on how to best work within their PowerPoint templates and transition from PPT 2003 to 2007. Because of travel and budget constraints, they asked us to put together a web-based training program. We developed and produced an extensive series of interactive training videos to be hosted on the company’s server, reducing the need for team members to travel for training, and giving them the opportunity to learn on their own timeline.

BRANDING

A management consulting firm was looking to rethink their corporate identity. We helped them to rediscover the essence of what their company is about. We used that to redesign their logo, presentation templates and website and to launch an advertising campaign re-introducing the company to existing and potential clients.

QUALITY CONTROL AND TRAINING

A global pharmaceutical company needed to improve the quality of work from their off-shore teams. They brought us in to develop a set of templates, and to help the teams improve their workflow processes, ensuring the work was being done more efficiently, consistently, and at a higher quality level.
